Meet Chef Ryan! Learn about his culinary journey and the local Lancaster farms we source from at Plough.
The old English spelling of the name pays homage to the historical importance of Lancaster City in the birth of our country and its present-day resurgence as a model of a thriving American city.
At Plough, we are fortunate to have access to the bounty of Lancaster County’s fresh products, serving a clientele that appreciates fresh ingredients, creatively prepared in a dynamic, casual setting. The arch in the name is a nod to the sun rising and setting on the land that brings us many of the plated ingredients. The weather vane is symbolic of the many family farms across Lancaster County and movement toward innovation and improvement.

Location: Plough is located at the Lancaster Marriott at Penn Square. Our front entrance is at the intersection of S Queen and E King streets in Downtown Lancaster.
Parking: The Penn Square Garage is located at 28 South Duke Street, Lancaster 17603. Conveniently located adjacent to the main entrance to the Exchange off E. King Street. There is also on-street parking in the surrounding areas. Please be mindful of street signs.
